Durco Quarter-turn Valves

	Sleeveline valves feature the plug/PTFE sleeve primary seal plus the static/self-adjusting dynamic stem seal of the unique PFA reverse lip diaphragm.  Thru-line seal adjustment is achieved in seconds with the valve in-line and under pressure.  Bidirectional flow, ANSI Class 150 and 300 lb designs at pressures to 740 psi (5102 kPa) and vacuum to 1 micron (0.133 kPa).  Flanged, screwed, butt and socket weld end connections; 3-way partially or fully jacketed models.  Fire sealed versions tested to API607 Third Edition. 	Characterized or V-port plugs are available in 1 in (25 mm) through 6 in (150 mm) sizes with full open Cv values of 2.6 through 400 and in a wide range of materials to satisfy your flow control needs. 	Provide maximum corrosion resistance and eliminate product contamination.  Complete PTFE lining in the body and on the flange faces with PFA covered plug and PFA reverse lip diaphragm-type stem seal.  Features include: self-adjusting stem seal; no lubrication; positive shutoff; in-line adjustment. 	Live loaded, triple-sealed design provides super safe performance in corrosive and abrasive services all but eliminating stem leakage and never needing adjustment.  Unique spherical ball and socket disc/liner is energized for 360° contact seat seal that is buble tight. A choice of PTFE liner with PFA disc for corrosive services or ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) for abrasion resistance.  Discs in virtually any alloy are also available.
