FIT Series FF-4000 The FIT Series FF-4000 Gold Line Pressure Isolation System isolates the pressure indicating instrumentation from the process fluid. The series is designed to provide accurate, and reliable pressure measurements while offering state-of-the-art instrument protection. Hard-to-handle materials such as corrosives, abrasive slurries, sewage, sludge, scale forming liquids, and solid laden liquids are routinely handled by our system.

FIT Series SE-4200 FIT's stainless steel pressure isolators offer reliability and convenience for both pressure and vacuum readings while isolating the instrument from solid laden slurries, corrosive chemicals and abrasive applications. The all 316 Stainless Steel body with an elastomer sleeve of Buna-N, Neoprene, or Viton is very resistive to plugging and can be flushed or "rodded out" to assure accurate operation of the pressure instrument.

	FIT's Series SC-2500 and SE-2500 are unique low cost solutions to instrument isolation from plugging in solid laden liquids or corrosive fluids. The 1-1/2", 2" or 2-1/2" male NPT body is machined from 316 stainless Steel.

The FIT Series 1000 diaphragm seal is an ideal device for isolating pressure instruments such as gauges, switches, transmitters, etc., from the damaging effects of harsh process fluids that may be corrosive or contain some solids. FIT's Series 1000 offer both a sealed diaphragm (Series SC-1000) or a removable elastomer diaphragm (Series SE-1000)

SINGLE DIAPHRAGM The blind flanged pressure isolation seal is offered in 2" through 6" ANSI 150# class. The standard BF-2801 unit is manufactured from 316 Stainless Steel, has a single Teflon coated T-316 SS diaphragm, and can be mated to any 150# flanged fitting. There are no "dead spaces" for particle entrapment making it ideal for use as most sewage and sludge applications, as well as other solid laden liquids.

	MULTI DIAPHRAGMS Highest Reliability for critical applications Each independent diaphragm with its own separate instrument port is filled with a pressure transfer liquid and attached to the measuring instrument. Because each port and instrument is completely independent of the other, you are assured the maximum in reliability.
