A comprehensive range of Fluoropolymer lined pipes, fittings and vessel accessories is offered in sizes 25-300mm NB, to ASTM and DIN standards.  The PTFE/PFA lined system will handle the most aggressive fluids under pressure/vacuum and elevated temperature conditions.  For less demanding applications Polypropylene linings offer a lower cost alternative.  The range covers all the fittings required to facilitate pipeline design and includes expansion joints and dip pipes.  Vessels can be lined with ECTFE and PVDF for full corrosion protection or alternatively electrostatically powder coated.

PTFE bellows type expansion joints are designed to accommodate axial and radial movement, including misalignment.  They complement the range of pipes and fittings and extend to cover sizes up to 1000mm nominal bore to both ASTM and DIN specifications.  These heavy duty "Rolflex" type expansion joints offer full corrosion protection for pressure, vacuum and high temperature services.  They may be used with confidence in conjunction with PTFE/PFA lined pipe systems and also with plastics, FRP, glass and metallic pipework.  Support flanges can be supplied in carbon steel, ductile iron or stainless steel.  Roflex is a Fluorocarbon registered company.
