Series 200
Flanged type

FEATURES:

  • Nominal diameters from 100 mm.  (4") to 2000 mm. (80").
  • Mounting between flanges according to DIN PN-10, PN-16, ANSI 125/150 Lbs, MSS
  • SP044 (for different flange standard, please consult).
  • Standard working pressure 16 bar (DN 100-300) and 10 bar (DN 350-2000); for higher pressures, consult our Technical Dept.
  • From -40° C to +180° C.  (depending on type of liners and coatings).
  • Integral drilling shortening the installation time and enabling a perfect alignment of the valve with the pipe flanges.
  • As this design is to be used between flanges, the mechanical stress from the pipe is transferred to the valve only by compression on the body and therefore, there is no additional ten mechanical stress.

From DN 600 on, 4 additional threaded holes on each side of the body according to the required drilling standard.  This must be taken into consideration due to the tensile loads and mechanical stress from pipeline.


Series 500
Lug type

FEATURES:

  • Nominal diameters from 50 mm (2") to 600 mm (24").
  • Mounting between flanges according to DIN PN-10, PN-16, ANSI 125/150 lbs (for different flange standard, (please consult).
  • Standard working pressure 16 bar (DN 50-300) and 10 bar (DN 350-600); for higher pressures, consult our Technical Department.
  • Temperature range from -40°C, to +180°C.  (depending on type of liners and coatings).
  • As this is a design to be assembled with screws or studs threaded to the valve body, it must be taken into consideration that the pipe transfers compression, tensile loads and mechanical stresses.  For this reason, the use of compensation joints of any other element absorbing the above mentioned mechanical effects must be foreseen.
  • Perfect alignment with the pipe flanges thanks to its design.
  • Enables to place other type of valves or devices in continuous position, thus eliminating accessories, gaining useful space.

Series 400
Single-flange type (special)

FEATURES:

  • Because of its very limited field of application this valve does not belong to our standard product range.  Therefore, we recommend customers to contact our Commercial Department before placing an order.
  • Nominal diameters from 50 mm.  (2") to 300 mm.  (12").
  • Mounting between flanges according to DIN PN-10, PN-16, ANSI 125/150 lbs (for different flange standard, please consult).
  • Standard working pressure 16 bar.
  • Temperature range from -40° C, to +180° C.  (depending on type of liners and coatings).
  • Integral drilling shortening the installation time shorter and perfect alignment of the valve with the pipe flanges.
  • As this design is to be used between flanges, any mechanical stress from the pipe is transferred to the valve only by compression on the body and therefore, there is no additional tensile load or mechanical stress.
  • Because it is similar to the flanged type but of lighter weight the single flange valve was very often used in the shipbuilding.  Nowadays it is quite obsolete and fully replaced by the Wafer-Multiflange type.
